Tough As Nails Basecoat

This nail primer can be used for both natural and artificial nails. It produces a matte finish, thereby creating the perfect surface for polish adhesion.  It allows polish to remain on the nails 4 – 7 days longer than an ordinary base coat and prevents chipping and tip wear.

Application:  Apply one coat to bare, clean nails.  Allow to dry.  Apply shaded polish as desired.
