How to Use

1. Apply the brush to the base of your lashes first, and slowly vibrate the brush upwards in a wiggling movement. This movement is important to separate the lashes.
2. An often neglected step, close your eye and pull the brush carefully over the top of the lashes to remove any clumps.
3. Bat like a starlet.
